Most communication advice is theory — written by people who never had to make a moment land. I learned it the hard way: in front of cameras, behind microphones, building real businesses, narrating stories where the listener either believed me or they didn’t.

The lesson never changed. People don’t respond to information. They respond to presence — to being seen, to feeling, for a moment, genuinely understood. That is the whole craft.
